Gaslands is a game by Mike Hutchinson. The above artwork is by Eddie Mendoza but then I ruined it to help my logo pop.

The Outlaw family of cars are from the Twisted Metal video game franchise, but there's only one Outlaw 2. Her story was adapted to fit my Gaslands lore.
Outlaw 2's special weapon is an arc of electricity, but as the Arc Lightning Projector is a Mishkin-only weapon and Outlaw 2 had to be Highway Patrol, I just imagine the Magnum I put in there is a tazer.
There's literally nothing you can do about it.
