Episode #12: Arrest of the Century
I never understood why no one ever just went with Robocop. Every asshole with a pistol always draws on the guy, but no one ever stops to think, "Hey. Wait a minute. This is a cyborg. I am fighting a fucking cyborg. I better do whatever it tells me to do." It's not like OCP ever kept Robocop's existence or track record under wraps. He's a highly-publicised character in law enforcement. A household name. And still. People seem to think that just because they have a rocket launcher or a bomb duct-taped to their chest that they can go into a fight with a cyborg built to fight in exactly those situations and come out on top.
As I'm sure some of you may have noticed, today is not Thursday. Starting tomorrow, I'm gonna see if I can update daily for the next week. Monday to Friday. Why? Because the ending to this storyline (much like the ending to Lord of the Rings) has about five parts to it and I (unlike the ending to Lord of the Rings) will be breaking those five parts up into five episodes as opposed to just cramming them all together into one giant happening. Also, over the next week, I plan on getting a "Support" link set up so that you guys can help spread the word about HTBA across the internet with minimal effort on your part.
Now. If you'll excuse me, I just let my mouth write a check that my hands need to get to work on immediately if it is to be cashed. See you tomorrow.
